" EVANGELION CHRONICLE " is an encyclopedia series based on "Neon Genesis Evangelion," supervised by GAINAX and published by Sony Magazines.
It was first published on July 1, 2006 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the start of the broadcast of Evangelion, and a total of 30 volumes have been published twice a month. The content categorizes the elements of Evangelion into seven types of sheets and explains them with abundant visuals and text.

Later, Weave released the first and second volumes of "THE ESSENTIAL EVANGELION CHRONICLE SIDE A and SIDE B," which were a compact summary of the content.

A "revised edition" by DeAgostini Japan was published on January 19, 2010, and the original 40 issues were expanded to 50 issues with the addition of 10 more issues. In addition to the corrections to the previous edition, the revised edition also includes information on the new movie and Petit Eva.

This is a must-have visual guide for fans and a popular series that serves as a resource for enjoying the world of anime on a deeper level.
